Create + Decorate Cookie Plates + Serving Platters | Dec 4th + 11th

Two Thursdays | December 4th + 11th | 5-8pm

If you’re like us, you’re always looking for a beautiful serving platter to use while hosting, gifting, or simply taking cucumber sammies to a party. Maybe gifting holiday cookies is your thing, and by this time in December you’re on the look out for a pretty dishes to wrap up with those cookies… The holidays are right around the corner, and now is the perfect time to plan ahead! Join us for this 2-part workshop and create your very own cookie plates, or serving platters.

In the first class, we will be hand-builing your choice of serving platters and/or cookie plates from clay slabs, and using a variety of texture tools for decorations. We’ll use various sizes and shapes for draping/pressing our forms.

In the second class, we will learn about different glazing techniques, and you will get to choose from a wide variety of glaze colors to finish your platter.

Instructor: Milissa Beale (you’ll likely find Eric lurking around as well)
